Is 5 gs on a roller coaster like really strong?

im going 2 ride rock n roller coaster and it says at first its 5gs is that strong? whats the strongest 'g' 1 or like 5?

pulling 5 g's is pretty strong but not too strong.

i have rode some rides where it was pulling around 11 g's

First of all, Patrick_Pimp is wrong. He has never been on a ride that pulls 11 g's. Here's why.

Positive G's is the amount of force put on your body. For example, if the Rock'N'Rollercoaster pulls 5 g's, and you weigh 100 pounds, you'' feel like you'll weigh 500 pounds on the ride. (5 g's x 100 lbs. = 500lbs.)

Negative g's make you feel less than you actually are.

Back in the old age of roller coasters, roller coasters use to pull 12 or more g's. A lot of people would come off the ride with back problems, heart problems, unconscious, or even dead.

The highest amount of g's you'll find on a roller coaster is about 6 to 7 g's.

So, to answer your question, yes, 5 g's is a lot, but not enough to even harm you even a little bit.*
