Probably not.  If you assume the available land is shaped as a square, your talking a square that is 70m by 70m.  For large-scale commercial farms, wind turbines need to be seperated by at least 4 turbine rotor diameters.  An average turbine rotor diameter is probably around 80m, which means turbines would need to be spaced at least 320m apart.  5000m^2 wouldn't allow for that sort of spacing.  You likely would not be able to fit more than one or two turbines in that area.  You also have to remember that some towns have setback laws, that require turbines to be setback a certain distance from roads and houses.  In addition, there could be underground pipelines on the land.  All these factors would serve to reduce the available amount of land.
