  4. YES!  Definitely!  You'll be a star this school year.  Keep up the good work!

  5. yeah ur greattttt

  6. thats a really good time. by time you are a senior, your time is going to be 4 min flat !

  7. at the district finals in my school district this past year, 5:19  would get like 4th or 5th place. but then again, finals was on a track, so it depends.

  8. Thats okay. For HS a good freshman time is under 5min deffenetly.

  9. wow thats a really good time... you should keep running

  10. yeah but Xcountry is longer than a mile

  11. yeah that's a pretty good time for your age. You should run on the track so you can get a more accurate mile time( and it will be faster). Hope you have a great xc season.

  12. well i ran 6:45 so yea im guessing thats really good. Keep up the good work!

  13. It is hard to say how good that time is.

Cross country courses may be up or downhill and the distance may not be accurate.

That is a decent time for your age.

You need to determine how your performance rated to the other runners to get a good  idea as to how you stack up.

  14. Yeah that time is pretty good. You probably have a good chance of going under 5 minutes in the mile for track. My best mile in middle school was 6:18, but then in high school my first mile was 4:59 and my best was 4:42. Hopefully you improve a lot so you can make it to the Nike Freshmen Nationals. All you have to do is go under 4:35. Good luck.
