  1. No ! The control arm runs about $50 bucks and about $75 in labor to replace it. I worked at a salvage yard and as a mechanic. If the control arm is all that is wrong , then figure $125 to $200 max. If you bent something else and the car needs to be put on the rack and pulled , then yes , $550 is fair. Do yourself a favor and ask them exactly what they are gonna do to your car.


  2. I wouldn't pay $550 for a new Neon with everything working.

  3. that's not to bad ,but i have seen it done a lot cheaper than that before,they was a little high on this one, but if they did a good job and included the alignment and put a warranty on it that wasn't to bad,as long as your satisfied with it,is what counts,good luck.
