  1. If your plane is on time and depends how long it takes you to get to Express Jet. Some airlines start boarding 20minute b-4. Once door is shut thats it.

  2. are you switching airlines (not planes but actual airlines)? if you are can you have your luggage checked all the way through?

usually you can but if the two airlines arent partners at all like us air an northwest then it may be a hassle.

if your luggage is checked all the way through then it should be enough time but keep in mind they usually board the plane about 15 minutes prior to take off AND if your flight is late coming in from detroit that is also less time to switch planes.

Usually an hour is enough time but its on the tighter end of enough time.

  3. no but you might have to run.

  4. Yup sure is.... Houston Intercontinental has a passenger connect time of 40 mins which means it will  take you at most 40 mins to connect in that airport.... So the way I see it you will be fine as long as you don't dabble and stare at the airplanes.... Ask for a seat towards the front when you check in .... this will help you .. (FYI...Express Jet operates under continental)

  5. Naa, you're good...I just did that like a week ago flying from Charleston, SC to Charlotte, NC...that was an hour lay-over. I would say that everything will be alright as long as your first flight is on time...
