Is 58 years to old to skateboard?

I just turned 58 and still ride. some of my friends make fun of me. I refuse to stop. I live in Malibu...what else is there to do?

I'm right behind you... been surfing First Point at the 'Bu for over 30 years and still take my longboard skate out to cruise when it's flat. :-)

I agree with bob.

When I started skating, they where just turning the wheels from clay to gel types. Yep I'm really that old.

You just wont be doing the things that you use to but at least you are still going.

h**l No sweetheart!!  Come on down to San Diego, Ocean Beach and you can rip it up!!

I'm 56 and started boarding with a board with metal skate wheels on it and I've never stopped.  I can't do all the cool tricks the kids do but I don't to fall and break my old ***.

Just don't do it in a bikini please!! And I promise not to do it in a pair of speedo's.  lol
