  1. lol..that's actually accurate for your age

    i'm 18 and i bench 160 and i weigh 150

  2. what people dont understand is that you dont want to loose weight, usually when you are getting into shape you need to loose fat. but when you add up muscle it starts making you heavier because its replacing the lighter fat.benching 120 is awesome dude. and if you want to loose fat and not hurt yourself weightlifting do cardio activites like running

  3. that is fine dude, i'm 5''11 16 yrs, 175 pounds cuz i'm built, not fat at all

it's muscle, don't worry about it

  4. No you are not over weight. I think benching 120 is great but it sounds like you need more whole body conditioning. Also try going over your diet, see if something your eating is hurting you.

  5. seems like your on th e right road. no your not over weight. keep at it. You are gaining weight because you are conditioning for football and gaining muscle which is good for you. good luck and play hard. benching 120  is great!

  6. dont look at the quantity of ur weight...

    look at the quality....

    ;)

n bench press keep it up... :)

  7. Please see my answer below

  8. It's heavier than average; but whether it's 'overweight' depends on your condition, not a number on the scale.  That's about where I was at that age but I was definitely on the chubby side.  Then again, I was only benching 80.

Ask your doctor about your weight; ask your coach about the weight lifting.

  9. na i was jus the same at ur age..ur fine...in fact u need to gain weight for ur position...dont ever worry about weight...its ur body fat u need to watch...u cld weigh 200lbs but if ur body fats low than ur n awesum shape...

  10. Dont worry, its not fat that youv gained in those two months, its muscle. And muscle weighs 3 times more than fat. So if you see yourself gaining weight on a scale, but dont actually FEEL your stomach getting big or anything like that, theny our actually getting healthier! Hope this helped!
