  1. Dude, running 5km in 15 minutes is averaging a 4:50 mile. If you haven't trained in two years and are able to do that then you are a stud. As for the beep test, you'll blow it out of the water (if what you're saying is true). However, your question still puzzles me. Most people who can run a 15 minute 5k don't have to ask themselves whether or not they are fit. Which is why I doubt what your saying is true. But whom am I to judge? Anyways, that is a fantastic time.

  2. wowwww

yes definitely u are fit enough for a bleep test

but if ur running for the first time in a long while, it would be a good idea to practice a week at least in advance, so ur body gets used to it, or just do some easy jogs before so ur muscles dont tense......its really good - a 5 minute mile :)

    good luck

  3. no actually it sucks

  4. a 15 min 5k is FLYING. it is VERY good.

  5. Hi,

I would say awesome time considering your time off. I ran for 20 years mostly 5k's and rarely could muster time under 20 minutes. Being a member of the clydesdale club(200lb joggers) probably didn't help my pace any.

    Cheers and Happy Trails
