  1. try www.kbb.com

  2. I would say yes, Hondas last a long time and personally think are the best cars you can buy, especially with gas the way it is nowadays. More info would be good though, any damage? What model? Good tires/brakes? Also still see if you can take the price down a little bit, I work at a dealership and you'd be surprised how much they can take off. Good Luck.

  3. I personally think you'd be better off getting a Honda instead of a Toyota. Although I think GM makes the best automobiles, I do admit, Hondas are very well made. If I had to own an import (from any country) it would be Honda. 6 grand for the 00 Civic sounds like a decent deal.

Just to be sure you are not getting hosed, check on kbb.com. That way you can enter in all the information you have not told us (condition, package, features etc) and get a more exacting price of what you should pay.

  4. no too much miles on it!

  5. Dont be silly!!  $100 is too much for a Honda Civic

  6. i would say yes, hondas hold there value really well and are really dependable

  7. i would buy it as long as the engine and breaks r in good condition, it does have low mileage so that's a plus a 2000 honda civic should have around 110,000 miles on it plus hondas are pretty durable, and if the exterior and interior r also in good condition then i don't c why it wouldn't be a good deal.....as for the second honda it is a newer model and it also has low mielage a 2001 honda should have around 96,000 miles....at this point both sound like a good deal but look at the conditions of both cars..test drive them which ever one feels better to you but if it was me i'd probably go for the 2001 hope i helped:)

  8. get chevy

  9. Not really a great deal- it's OK. You're probably gonna get another maybe 80,000-90,000 miles out of the car, which is 2 or 3 years tops depending on how much you drive. Is 2,000 a year good to you? Plus insurance? It's not bad that in 8 years they only put 100,000 miles on it, must not have driven alot.. It's up to you but I'd shop around

  10. There are 10 models of that honda civic for that year.

Go to Kelly Blue Book and add the correct model, miles, options, and condition. And dont let the looks fool you, Look at damage to the body, engine area, have mechanic road test the vehicle, these vehicles are know to have electrical problems, transmission, engine, suspension, and saftey related items not working correctly with over 100,000 miles.

The vehicle you look at might look like a 8,000 dollar vehicle , but might only be worth about 1200.00 dollars if the vehicle has had a Major Accident, which a Car Fax should be ran on this vehicle, and service receipts available for this High mile Vehicle.

Always ask: why did the last owner get rid of this Car?

    Be Careful

  11. The 2001 honda is the better deal as it has lower mileage

Try looking for Toyota. They are pretty good too...reliable and fuel efficient
