64 would be a bit chilly, especially with the winds from the ocean. The perfect temperature is around 75.

Seems A bit cold, so i would assume that the water would be cold, But if you have alot of hot flashes, i guess it would be good.

It will be relatively mild at that temp and for that time of day, if not a little cool.  Usually max heating occurs from about 3-5pm each day.
