  4. yes it is because it is too much caffine and calories for your body and lets face from the opinion of an 11 yr old 17yr old dont excersize much so you dont burn the calories you get from the drinks

  5. wtf is wrong with u, i had this guy i worked with drank 3-5 of red bulls a day, and i notice after a while his hands would shake uncontrollably...im sure that stuff will do even more damage than that in the long run

  6. there are so many naive people on the internet.. im going to tell you what i tell everyone with your sort of question...

    - i know a girl who died last year because she was drinking energy drinks so that she could stugy more for high school exams - and she collapsed due to heart complications caused by the energy drinks she was consuming - she died 5 mins before the ambulance could get there..

just get adequate sleep.. and get to know your bodies limitations...

  7. yea

  8. Yes.  A friend of mine had some heart problems from them.  His heart was constantly racing

  9. 7 energy drinks is too much for anybody.

Red Bull recommens only having 1 to 2 a day. The 2nd largest selling energy drink, who also happens to be the first and largest selling healthy energy drink, XS Energy suggests having only 1 and recommends against having more than 2.

7 energy drinks would have 560mg of caffeine. That is nearly double the maximum safe level of 300 mg that we should ever get in a day.

Please tell me that you realy do not drink that much.

  10. ummm 7 energy drink is too much for anybody at any age

  11. Oh honey you're lucky you are still alive. You need to cut it down, you may find this leads to heart problems and many other consequences.

  12. let me just say... thats to much for  ANYONE. haha. i drink about 3 a month. and im 14 :)

  13. Why do you even need energy drinks to begin with? 0 energy drinks would be the best number for you. What you need is to build up stamina and endurance the natural way, by pushing yourself to be able to function, even when you feel like stopping. There is no substitute for naturally acquired stamina. Endurance in a bottle is not the way to do things. The reason is simple, what do you do when you need more energy, or endurance, and the bottled stuff is not available?

  14. Way too much.
