  9. No its not, 5-6" is average and most likely you wont stop growing until you're 21 (most men).

  10. No, 7 inches isn't small for a 16 year old or an adult, for the average adult male p***s is about 5-6 inches and you're above average with years left to grow. Don't worry, for if you dont' grow anymore, you're a good size. Hope this helps.
