  1. It really depends on where you live.  In some places that would be good income, but here in New Jersey it barely supports a single person, let alone a family.

    EG, try Atlanta, GA, versus New York, NY or against Memphis, TN

    For example, I'm in the Philadelphia, PA area.  If I move to New York, NY, housing will be 263% more expensive.  If I move to Philadelphia, MS (Mississippi); housing alone would be ~36% less expensive.
