  1. calories don't matter! what DOES matter is:

    1) you're alive and not dying

    2) you're perfectly healthy (by drinking plenty of water and eat 3 times a day especially breakfast cause it's the most important meal of the day) and eat every 4 hours

    3) and that you're happy! and laugh!!

  2. i didn't have to get past the first sentence to know that it is too low. you have to eat 10x your body weight in calories a day... AT LEAST THAT MUCH.

You aren't doing anything special. You are starving yourself. The weight loss isn't anything better than someone who is fasting for X days, or just not eatting. They have a 0 calorie intake, is that healthy? no it isn't.

What you need to do, to "lower" calories is you still eat until you are full, but health healthy items.

    Health = Nutrients / Calories

The more nutrient dense something is, the better. The lower calories something is the better. Meat is horrible on that scale, very little nutrients for the fat. While spinach is insanely high on that scale.

here is a list of the most dense foods, higher numbers are better.

but really, you are doing nothing more than starving yourself, and yes, people that fast drink water.

  3. You need more calories because you are still growing and if you are playing baseball you are running more calories than if you were just sitting all day. I would  try to eat more calories if I were you,0 ,  your bones are still growing and you need the calcium for the bones and teeth, If you were weight lifting you would want to eat a lot of protein, and of course you need vegetables and fruit for vitamins and calcium minerals  and the body building electrolites for keeping you looking healthy and energetic, make it at least 1100 calories a day, no less. good luck April

eat more!  you're not fat, and you don't need to lose weight.

  5. that's not healthy way for dieting, average people should eat about 2000 calories a day so our origan can work normal. I don't know how old are u, but if you're still growing u definitely need more nutrition to growth. I didn't see any fruit and veg in your diet, u need to eat more of those. U need to consume for calories to maintain your weight and speed up your metabolism.

  6. Your fine. Good job.

  7. at 130 lbs your BMR is close to 1,400 cals daily.  once you add in the calories burned performing the daily lifestyle activities your caloric intake should be closer to 1800-2000 cals.  you also need to change the source of your calories, the less processed foods in your diet the healthier and leaner you will be.

  8. thats fine try 500 or 600

  9. yea its a little less,

you're trying to lose weight then eat about 1000-1500 calories

    but hey right now even,

you're height and weight is perfect. don't worry too much=]
