  1. Depends. The water will probably be very cold unless it's heated. I wouldn't recommend swimming at the beach... the water will be freezing and it usually feels about 10 degrees colder on the beach cause of the wind. If you have a heated pool, sure!

  2. yes if you really like swimming, the water temperature is the most important thing

  3. Outside air temperatures that are 74 are warm enough but is the water warm enough.  The water cools and heats more slowly.

  4. I guess that's up to you.

  5. yes

  6. no. thats toooo cold.

  7. oh yeah

  8. Sounds perfect since average skin temperature is 70 degrees.  However I am sure that is air temp and water temp may be a bit cooler.

  9. Swim in April through December...in Maine. 74...lol...that is a perfect day to swim

  10. Well if you are in the Midwest chances are outdoor pools are opening up this memorial day weekend.

74 is a bit chilly, and the water I'm sure is around 60degrees or lower.Just be careful not too get to cold.

Hypothermia is real,I'm a lifeguard and some of the posts involve a lifeguard standing in the water to watch patrons.Last year 3 rookie guards got hypothermia. And countless other children as well.None serious, thanks you quick response.

Even if you are a swimmer(swimming laps)you can still get hypothermia. And swimming in freezing water is never fun anyways!

  11. Good luck to you going swimming and have fun too. I think you can go fishing if you like too.

  12. Well, it will be really cold but pools will be closed if it is below 70.

  13. of course it is you big pathetic loser...i know someone who doesn't have water...they have to walk twenty miles each day to a well and get their water...be thankful for what you have...and let sugar never be consumed but rather enjoyed
