Is 74 heartbeats in a minute good for a 16 year old, when not doing anything?

There is nothing wrong with 74 bpm in a 16 year old at rest unless you are symptomatic.  When I say symptomatic, I mean chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any other such ailment.  Otherwise there is nothing wrong with 74 bpm.  Also keep in mind normality is in the eyes of the beholder.  What is normal for you may not be normal for me.
