Is 75$ a good price for a paint ball gun?

okay so theres this guy who want me to buy his paint ball gun...it black , a medium size,he told me that it can be longer if i replace the barrel with a larger one.and its a semi-auto..and its only been used one time ..its a tak-5 recon paintball gun..he'll give it to me with a 12oz Co2 tank..so is that a good price or not.
