It's right on the border, so you could go either way.  If you're typically cold wear pants, if you run hot wear shorts/skirt.

for me, i would wear capris or bermudas

and if i had to wear pants, jeans would be the most i'd wear- def not sweat pants

and it also depends on if its sunny or cloudy or rainy or humid too, cuz i base it on that sometimes

It was 74 here today and I wore shorts, but it was a bit humid.  It depends on if your usually hot or cold.  I am usually cold and I still wore shorts so I would say 77 is shorts weather.

if you have a tee shirt or something cool as a shirt then sure. it might be a bit hotter then i would like but it would be fine.

NO!!!!!!! why would you wear pants?? it would be WAY too hot!!!

Depends on your personal internal temperature. I am cold all the time and wear pants far longer than other people. My husband is like a furnace and wears shorts in the winter with snow on the ground.
