  1. good

  2. 7km is about 4miles which isn't very much to say you did it in an hour. You must be running extremely slow. Are you running on a treadmill or on the road? If it's on a treadmill, set the speed at 5.5.

It might be a bit hard, you'll be short of breath because you're new to it but it'll get easier and then you can up the speed as it starts to get easier. I'd say within a month and a bit (if you stick to the running) you'll  able to reach your goal. You'd be surpsrised how fast your stamina increases.

    Hope this helps!

  3. its ok, not the greatest, but still ok

  4. doing what ?

  5. People tend to walk at 4 km in an hour, so anything faster than that is good. 7km is nearly double walking speed, so you could try to up the pace a little to double walking speed? That would be good.

As you get fitter running you might increase the speed you run at naturally and also be able to run for longer. 7km is a good start and you have the right idea to increase a bit later.

Most people in the gym where I go (where I can see the speeds they do) run at about 6.5mph on the treadmill - about 11km/h.

  6. I'd say your goal is a good one,

and where you are at is decent, especially since you've just started. And the fact that you can run for an hour says a lot.

    you've got the determination.

I'd say... once you get to 10km an hour.. work more toward 12-15. That's like... when you are considered an athlete. haha..which sounds dumb, but you know what i mean?

you're off to a very good start.

  7. Its a good start! Just keep training and you will be amazed and how much you improve in such little time.

  8. As a novice runner, it's a good start.  Anything's better than not starting at all.  Try and build you miles to your goal, at your current speed.  Once you've got the distance sorted, then you can start to work on your speed.  Push yourself once your into you running pace .. slowly but surely you'll see your time come down, your fitness levels go up, and then your sorted.

Who knows where you'll end up.  London 2012 is looking for some marathon runners .... !! LOL
