Is 825 silver sterling?

The mark is actually 925 which is the minimum for sterling.  The other mark is Mexico and the TS-115 is the makers mark that was used starting in 1979 and the T indicates it was made in the city of Taxco. The mark is definitely 925 since nothing less than sterling can use a "T" mark and Mexico very rarely uses anything less than 925, I have only ever seen 900 silver for less than sterling pieces.
