Is 9 hours a day enough quality time for a sugar glider?

I am considering getting two Sugar Gliders. I am a High School student and I was wondering if I spent 8-9 hours a day with the gliders, would it be enough to keep them company. I have done a lot of research on the animal, but this was something I wasn't sure about. My mother might be able to give a couple more hours of quality time with them. Would this be enough?

8-9 HOURS OF QUALITY TIME???????????? I dont know how you would achieve that first of all...because if you are gone say from 7:00-4:00..gliders are nocturnal and will sleep the whole time you are at schooll..wich is GREAT. when you come home, wake them at say.. 7:30 and spend 1-2 hrs. with them..and that is plenty. Because they play all night..and will be annoyed ifyou wake them during the day. during weekends, you can put  them in there pouch around your neck all day and they will sleep in there.

you cannot possibly spend that much time with a glider..unless you didn;t sleep...because they wake at like i said 7:30 and you can just play with them until maybe 9:00! and that will be great.

and yes, males can be neutured. get them from www.sugargliderconnection.com ITS GREAT and they neuture them for free. Its also great to have a male and a female..because you have the female..the one who loves to cuddle and stuff..l.and the male the one who loves to play.

Heck, 5 hours is enough for em and if you find a good vet yeah you can get them "fixed"
