  1. Once the piercing heals (minimum 6 months) you should be able to use whatever type of medal your comfortable with. But if you put in a new piece of jewelry and its itchy or get red then take it out because your most likely allergic to the metal.

  2. Hi yaa,

You cant use any metal  as a nose pin straight way.You must wait for  the healing of wound. But I will suggest  that you can use special nose tiny straws  for healing and  use antiseptic cream on the area or you can  wear non metal like wood straw or wood chip by removing from the piece of wood strelise it with steam and use it.Once wound heals you can use any karat of  gold.

    Cheers

  3. no gold jewelry is never good to use in a fresh piercings, when you get it done, they will show you the different ones you can get put in.  after its healed properly then you can change it to a gold one

  4. It will be fine in the healed piercing, but the inital piercing should have a titanium bar in it. Gold isn't pure enough
