Over the past year or so, I have been drinking quite abit on a regular basis...not a major amount to the point of being sick or anything stupid like that, but going out & getting "tipsy" on a regular basis.
But I've made a decision to start getting healthier, including my alcohol intake so I've decided to start limiting myself to 9 units a week, for the weekend say...
Would this be a good decision or would it still be harming me?
I am a 21 year old female with no severe health problems & my blood pressure is always fine...just for the record lol
