  1. Why the 2000 Galant for a little more 100 horsepower? Mind as well get a Honda Civic if you want to go 100 horsepower more. or Nissan Sentra. You can't really do much but slap a exhaust and intake on it. Mainly, basic stuff you can only achieve like 20 horsepower.... or the major, start doing engine swaps and prepare for custom fabrications.

  2. Yes

    No

  3. "nothin crazy, just a few hundred more horsepower"..........funniest thing I'ved heard this week!

    IMO the only Mitsubishi i would do ANYTHING to is an EVO or 3000gt vr-4. A gallant with a few hundred extra horsepower is gonna come with MANY MANY MANY headaches.

    let me guess.....it's automatic too.

  4. The galant is just one of those cars that can't be tuned. I just read an article in modified mag about a guy who built up a galant and he went through h**l. it can be done, but you are not going to have an easy time with it. he had to swap the engine to the 4G63T from the Evo 8 and find a way to put a 5 speed in it just for starters.

  5. or u could not do that. sell the car. put the money in a high risk bank account for a few years. then get a real car.
