Is A Tippmann 98 Custom Good For Speedball

Question

How Many bps does it shoot(on average) I just wanted to know because I dont feel like buying a $200 at the moment.

98 customs are one of the most customizable paintball gun around they come standard semi auto but you can install a hair pin trigger to make it shoot about 20 bps

not unless you spend another 100 bucks and buy an e-grip...otherwize you wont shoot over 5 bps and will get smoked...but the gun itself is great for woodsball and other types of non fast paced games.

For speedball I don't think so because on average, semi-auto mode its about 8 bps...unless you added in a response trigger or a auto-mode like an A5 has where it would be much higher. However, speedball courses are like 25-30 bps. So you'd probably have to upgrade to something by WGP (Autocockers), Dye, Angel, Smart Parts, Bob Long Intimidators, etc with nitro tanks rather than CO2 or else you'd never keep up.

being that in speedball they use autos and the 98 is a semi auto probably not that good
