  1. well been in year then i find chemistry easier than biology. chemistry at A is 100% more harder than at C.

  2. Yes it'll be hard, but if you have the drive and really enjoy it then you should take it. Just try your best and people are always prone to get better results when they do a subject they enjoy. Just stick in and just do what you want. Good luck :)

  3. Chemistry is the hardest A-Level you can take (you'll be happy to hear) so I thought you should probs know that first. You could tackle it with a C at GCSE, but it would be pretty tough going, and you would really have to prepare yourself for a challenge. On the other hand, it is the most valuable A-Level you can have, and although it's a lot of work it can be very rewarding.

To summarise, if you want to, and are ready for the challenge, then go ahead, but if you don't think you're up to it, then I wouldn't recomend you take it.

If you're looking for an easier science option, take physics if you're good at conceptual understanding and maths, or biology if you're good at remembering and learning. Chemistry requires both those and more in terms of types of skill, so it's not something to be chosen lightly.

    Hope that helps :)

  4. it is quite hard at any grade, i got an A at gcse and found it hard, you just have to be willing to put a lot of work in and keep up with it.
