Is ACCA HOTEL good, does this exist?

I just booked 3 nights at Acca Hotel. I read good reviews and saw nice pictures, but then I came across a current review from June 2006. They said this hotel doesn't exist, that it has a website and all. I need to know if anyone has stayed here? Is this real? Good? PLEASE HELP!! Or recommend a inexpensive hotel in venice for me and my boyfriend. THANKS!!

It exists and is a good place to stay.  Just off Campo St Polo.  It's a good neighbourhood, just off the tourist trail.
