Is AbKing Pro worth buying?

A lot of people told its good. And I have bugged my family to buy me and finally they said yes. And Im so excited but I wanna know if you get a result. I dont wanna get the 6 abs, I just wanna loose weight and get into shape. I've tried dieting and excersising but it didnt help me. So my question is, will abking pro help me get in shape and loose weight in 10 days????????

Thanks and please no answers like best way to loose weight is dieting and excersising. Ive tried that, didnt work!!!!

    you're asking for impossible, sorry to disappoint you :(

    you have to watch your diet if you want to lose weight, and exercising is not just a way to lose weight but also a way to become more healthy!!! you do not have to do push ups or do weight lifting, you can simply start going out more, taking looong walks, roller skating or other things that can do that are fun and not too hard to do.

    you can also consider changing your diet, by this I do not imply you getting hungry and grumpy :) but changing your eating habits.

    first of all, stop eating once you feel you have eaten enough but you "could have more"...wait, for ten minutes maybe, till your stomach notifies your brain that it is full and does not need more food.

    another thing you can do, a friend of mine lost weight like this, is to pick a diet for your blood type. here is a link to the whole thing

    best of luck, and do not blame it on AB King Pro if you don't lose weight by simply using it every now and then :)


  2. well, my dad actually got the AbKing Pro ages ago.

    and i only just started using it, yes it does work for TONING, but if you want results generally you have to do at least 2-3 minutes without stopping everyday-second day.

    but if you want to loose weight, this wont do anything, first you have to eat properly, try not to diet too much, dieting wont help, esspecially if your not on the right diet, it might actually make you gain weight.

    and do some more excersice, cardio, maybe try the gym?

    and see how that works.

    but for the AbKing Pro, it just depends if you want to pay the money for it, and if you want results, you have to stick to it :)

  3. No ab exercise is going to make you lose weight, or get a flat tummy. You get flat tummy and visible/toned ab muscles from losing bodyfat.

    To lose weight you have to do cardio, diet, and preferably also do weights.
