Is Abudhabi a planned city, even to withstand for developments any further?

Capital of UAE, as per my understanding its already planned and not thought over. need a wider opinion or clarification.

My understanding of Abu Dhabi is that it is planned, not sure what you mean by not thought over.  It's growing very fast, like Dubai, but not as big.  Abu Dhabi is very business orientated and their for are building heaps of commercial complexes along with apartments.
