Is Active mail order reliable?

I am planning to buy a custom complete skateboard off of Active board shop online and was wondering if anyone use it, i would love to hear your experience with the site. Was it reliable, did you get your order, was anything missing, how long did it take to arrive, those kind of things. I am kind of nervous since my order is above a hundred dollars.
