    No, it costs a fortune. You can download a free trial (or download it illeagally) or there are alternatives. Jasc Paint Shop Pro is cheaper, though it isn't as good. There's also GIMP, which is free, but I've never used this so I don't know what you can do on it. Might be worth looking into though.

    Make the photo bw. Repaint over items you in color with color filter.

    Duplicate the layer and change it to grayscale Erase items you want to be in the BW layer, so that the color shows through.
