Is Adrian Sutil the next Christian Klein?

This is just something i have been thinking about. A young talented driver who is quick but just can't seem to get a break during the race.

I Know Klein was outperformed by DC at RBR and Sutil is in the worst car on the grid. To me it just seems like their careers are over before they really get started. Sutil hasn't been on the radar for as many big teams as he was and Klein seems to be reduced to a test driver or a sports car driver(3rd at Le Mans is not bad).

  1. His name is Klien, not Klein, I think this is more important than if Sutil is the next Klien...

  2. Nope. Although Klien hasn't ever been very impressive, I think he's definitely achieved much more than Sutil. Sutil isn't consistent. I mean, okay his car isn't the best and is far from one but surely he'd have shown something, potential or some sort of wow factor but he hasn't really.

To me, drivers like Sutil don't ever make much of a difference. I believe he can do better and I'm waiting for him to make that happen. Klien did do quite well at times, but that wasn't enough for him to sustain his seat.

  3. Most probably, the answer to this question is YES.

Adrian Sutil is on one of the 'BAD' cars on the grid, but post-Monaco, he has increased his reputation as a 'Good' driver and will surely be under the scanner of some better teams.

  4. Adrian Sutil is one for the future. I think he should take coulthard's seat at red bull. A gr8 points score woz coming from Monaco, but a certain kimi raikkonnen hadn't warmed up his tyres!

  5. The ONLY good race he has driven this season was the one at Monaco. And in the same "c**p" car as people say, Fischicella has raced stupendously well. Now you know why Sutil isn't on the list of the big teams?

He's the most inconsistent driver in F1 today. Even more inconsistent than Lewis. I think he needs to reinvent himself a bit by racing in GP2, Formula Renault and then we'll see.

  6. He's the next Jeff Gordon because he's g*y.

  7. They both have a degree of talent, Klein was a fantastic qualifier, where Sutil is good in the rain, the problem with the 2 drivers is that their flaws outweigh there strong points, Klein made a career of falling down the grid once the race started and Sutil struggles at too many of the tracks, Bahrain, Magny Cours, Silverstone, Melbourne are some of the tracks he seems unnecessarily slow at.

They have both deserved a chance at F1 but in a top car? In my opinion no.
