Is Air Force One ready for takeoff? He must have needed the run behind Tricky Trickster at Newbury on Saturday and, at his best he’d be one for the short-list for the Grand National.

His best is starting to look sometime ago. Hasn’t actually won since April 2008 and that run at Newbury wasn’t anything to get excited about on his current handicap mark. And I can’t see the handicapper dropping him 10lbs for the National.
