Uhm helloooooooooo of course. The Clemson were the way better team the talents was there from both team. but let me tell u something that the Bama Boyz had and Clemson didnt. NICK SABAN. uhm hello go back to that game and tell me don't that defense look like the 2004 LSU Defense. they call 80 plays 50 was run and 30 was pass. hello people This is what he did with LSU he pound u then pass u with a touchdown with tremendous Solid Defense. and h**l i hate those them Clemson. for Beating my hurricanes back 2 back anywho i know it's too early 2 say but the Bama boys r a team to beat they will at least win 9 to 10 games mark my word......

Mix of both. Clemson always has a lot of hype then never lives up to it. Also think Bama was a little underrated this season. Bama's better than a #24 rating, anyways.

Clemson is VERY soft on the lines. I'm not 100% sure of Alabama's schedule...but if it include playing Georgia, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Tennessee...well then....we'll really see how good they are!

Clemson is a top 25 team, definitely not top 10. They have great skill backs but no line to block for them. Luckily when they get into the ACC portion of their schedule they will look like gang busters!

ive wondered the same...but if i had to say clemson isnt great and plus its the sec vs acc..tht says a lot.. bama is much improved from last year but i doubt they are much compared to like georgia lsu and florida..i guess we will just have to see what happens to know for sure

Well i think Clemson came out with an attitute that says WE are #9 and there #24 WE WILL CRUSH THEM!Obviously THEY LOST BADLY.Bama looks dangerous but no chance to win the SEC.It would be a huge Upset in Sports for Alabama to go to th natl championship.

I am never surprised about early season games. No preseason and coming out with a good matchup like this. Later in the season the results may have been different. Bama must be commended for having their team much better prepared.

and Clemson had a really bad day

otherwise it would have been a close game

I didn't understand the playcalling in that game. CJ Spiller and James Davis are the bread and butter of that team. Call it getting behind early and having to rely on the passing game, but there is no reason that the most talented running back combination at the college level this year should have a combined 8 carries for 20 yards.

When a team forces you to abandon the strength of your team, they've won.

Bowden is that bad. Clemson had the horses to win but they were unprepared and flat out-coached.

Yes! Alabama is that good and I'm still in shock how the Tide just rolled over the Clemson Tigers, wow. And Clemson wasn't ready for this game, the Tide just take it to the Tigers up and down the field. This is just another reason why the Clemson Tigers would never take that next step to be that great team of the ACC, they just choke it away. This is the best Clemson team in a long time and they got embarrass by the Tide. I don't really like Nick Saban but this guy can coach and he will have the Tide in contention for the SEC title.

I think Clemson had a really bad night.  They were trying to rush everything and make things happen instead of staying calm.  Alabama always has a pretty tough D and when you are playing bad they are going to expose you.

After the struggles Alabama had last year they have turned it around and are a much better team.  People may not like Saban after the LSU to NFL to Alabama journey but he is a great coach (in the college game anyway!) and he has Alabama primed and ready to challenge for the SEC west title.  There!  I said it!  I look forward to Georgia versus Alabama in Athens.  It will be a good game but Georgia won't need OT to win this one!  Good luck on your season.
