Is Alcohol in Face washes Haram to use?

By haram I mean-things that are prohibited. Thanks to all those that answer

not sure why it would be prohibited, but there's alcohol (different types, yes) in tons of products out there, from face washes, to moisturizers, shampoos, cleaners, lotion.. everything.  check the ingredients on the back if you're not sure.

Like you have to ask? As if your morals are so displaced you can't even sync with your own religion?

I will never understand theists....I thought morality was supposed to be obvious?

yes, and sadly  Muslims miss lot of great stuff in this world. also Pork is halal to eat.  hic

My guess would be no, since isopropyl alcohol (which is used for face washes, etc) is different than ethanol (alcohol which is ethyl alcohol).  The alcohol that is drinkable is a form of ethyl alcohol.

I assume only if you drank it... which I wouldn't recommend anyway
