I have a book that is Alice and Wonderland. I read the first half, but then stopped at the second because it said "Through the Looking Glass." I have to do a book report on it today and I need to know if I should read it and do the book report or just stick with the first half. Please answer ASAP.

  1. No, it's not.

They are both about Alice but the stories (her adventures) are different.

  2. No.  "Through the Looking Glass" (1871) is a separate book (though not really a "sequel") to "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" (1865) both penned by Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson).

Although it makes no reference to the events in the earlier book, the themes and settings of Through the Looking-Glass make it a kind of mirror image of Wonderland

  3. not really

  4. "Through the Looking Glass" is not really part of "Alice in Wonderland", so I suggest that you stick with the first half and read "Through the Looking Glass" for leisure:)
