I live in New Zealand and want to purchase something off there, a box-set dvd to be specific. Is it reliable and trustworthy?

  1. my husband and i have used them a lot over the years - no problems.

i assume they work the same for New Zealand.

  2. Very

  3. Yes, I have ordered from them a number of times.  Their customer service is not the best, but order carefully and you should be fine.

  4. Yes.  However, since you're in New Zealand, make sure the regional setting is correct.  Your DVD player in New Zealand won't play a DVD from America if there is a regional setting on it.

Towards the middle of the page on amazon.com, you will see a list of information about the DVD.  In there, there is a regional setting.

Here is their web site about region coding.  You want either region 4 or region 0 where you are:

Last thing you want is to purchase it and have to return it because it's unwatchable.
