Is America forcing Israel to divide Jerusalem?

World Net Daily posted an article that C. Rice is drawing up the papers for this division. 9/11 wasn't enough warning; Katrina wasn't enough warning, Gustav wasn't enough warning; Hanna and Ike on their way to the American coastland. What does it take for my government to understand God?

They're trying to find a solution to a conflict that has gone on for decades.  I don't think there is a peaceful solution.
