I believe we have reached our limits, this nation has been corrupted and society has been taken advantage of...by government and coporations, now they are losing billions of dollars and inflation is rocketing, the government is still allowing gas prices to rise, despite no change and even drops in oil price barrels, which in my opinion is just simply an excuse they use to make people think there is nothing that anyone can do about it. I predict hyperinflation and chaos in the years to come, work will not help you because you will be paying ridiculous inflated prices for everything, that your monthly paycheck will buy you a loaf of bread. I think its time for a revolution, a revolution to ehcnage the direction of our bureacratic capiatlist economy who is greedy beyond imagination, it is money that has destroyed this country. What do you think.

  1. No, we are in a reccesion, and they generally last 1-2 years. the good news is this started around mid 2007.  reffering to gas prices it is true that these are mostly artificail gas prices based on the fact that we only get 3% of our oil from the middle east, however on the lower and west coast we get gas from venezuela, which is part of OPEC. but in the end the prices are based on what people are willing to pay until useage goes down. furthermore there is no need to predict hyperinflation, its alredy happeining. just look at grocery recipts from two months ago. the only problem is people start saving their money and that only puts a strain on the service and buisness industry and the only thing they can do is cut back and raise prices to cover the losses. lastly to the revolution that you speak of has alredy tried and failed its called communism, go call North Korea and see how well thats going. We are influx so the only thing to do is spend money to stimulate the economy and wait.

  2. America is going threw tough times, but the American economy will not crumble as you say. For one hyperinflation is "inflation that is "out of control," a condition in which prices increase rapidly as a currency loses its value. Formal definitions vary from a cumulative inflation rate over three years approaching 100% to "inflation exceeding 50% a month." The U.S inflation rate is about 4% for the past decade just like most of Europe. Also are econony growth rate is at 0.6%, so we are not even in recession yet. Gas prices in the U.S is very cheap compared to Europe. The economy is going threw tough times, but it will recover. You just need to stop following the false media.

  3. I think that it will because in Rome, when people started to value comfort over freedom, the whole thing died... it's the same thing that is happening now in America.

  4. not so much crumble, but maybe humbled. we have had it far too easy for far too long and now it's starting to catch up with us. Something that is needed. We need to slim down, watch our spending and consumption. this give us the chance of America of old! earning everything we have and fighting till our last dying breath for it. Soft hands need to blister now and again.

  5. yes it will. well the rest of us grab the popcorn. should be fun.

  6. Actually if we implode it will be because of our idiot politicians (Democrats and Republicans).
