Is America going to have to fight a battle to seperate Corp. and State?

It has been hard enough to seperate church and state, now it looks like we will have to seperate big business and state. The needs of the few big business seem to outway the needs of the many middle class suffering from sky rocketing gas prices, foreclosures, and lack of health care. Who really runs this country?

  1. I think with Obama, that fight will take a whole new place in today's government.....    Change is coming.....

  2. I think that a battle will be necessary to get American Companies off of corporate welfare.

The battle to separate Church and State is ongoing.  The Republicans aren't going to let either of these go without a fight.  They cater to big business and right wing christian groups.

  3. Corporate America runs the country and that is why politicians that oppose them are ignored by the US mainstream media with disinformation.  There were a few Republicans and Democrats that were discredited through lies.  Hint: They are NOT the leading Democrat or Republican.

Many will write with no sources.  I would but it would be deleted.

  4. You might want to learn some history.  The balance between harming the economy by failure to support business and too much support for business has been subject to debate for over 200 years.

And everybody will put the 'balance point' in a different location.

BTW - read some history and see what happened last time we went after the oil companies for 'excessive profits.'
