  1. Rugby is a simpler game that is much easier to play. Yes, the goal is to get the ball to the other side, but they have so many rules that help them. They can keep going after being down by contact, they can still pass the ball after being down by contact, there is only contact between the ball carrier and tacklers, they can only pass the ball in two handed backward tosses, tackling is simply rapping your arms around a guy and pulling his feet off of the ground, you kick field goals from a tee and with no one pursuing you,ETC.ETC.ETC. Oh yeah, they bind their shoulders, make a circle, and grind against each other, often with their heads in each others genital areas.

In essence, rugby is the equivalent of Homo-erectus while Football(Gridiron) is equivalent to Modern Human. Rugby is without Down&Distance, Skilled passing, route running, pass coverage, blocking, Actual hitting/tackling. I forgot that theres one other part of rugby to mention. They have something similar to a jump ball in basketball, yet it is tossed up by a player and they need multiple teammates to help them jump.
