  1. its different in every city, county and state, so if you do research you could probably find a very respected curriculum

  2. It depends on the school district. Richer school districts tend to have higher test scores than poorer ones. However, compared to European and Japanese students, American students aren't as up to par.

  3. Hardly,  I remember reading somewhere that our education system ranks  18th of developed nations.

Depending on city and state the dropout rates are unreal.  In some areas as much as 40%  dropout rate.

Basically they teach you how to past minimum standard tests.

  4. Are you talking about American School of Correspondence?  It's middle of the road, I guess...but honestly, many of the kids I see on here that take it tend to be the ones that ask others to give them answers to their exams.  It doesn't seem like a curriculum that would cause you to dig deep and learn, which is a skill you'll need for college and the business world.

    JMHO...

  5. No, some kids are just too lazy. Some dont know what curriculum means

  6. Honestly it really depends on the teachers that you get.

  7. depends on the school. for example public school in the suburbs has a better education than a public school in the city (it's because people pay more taxes in the suburbs).
