  1. yea, if you look at dampier when he was with the warriors, he was also a double double guy, except dampier was bigger and stronger.

feel bad for the pistons? since they failed at winning a ring since 2004?  how many teams have had success since then?

    yea only 3.

  2. What up #1 Piston Fan,

No Dampier is limited offensively.  Andrew has developed some nice moves- and even a baby hook with Kareem's coaching.  The main thing is he's a very long 7 foot- and he has unusually soft touch for a guy his size- but can finish by the basket- he was leading the league with about a 63%field goal pctg before going down to injury.

i don't think Dampier has ever shot at that high of a clip.  Bynum really improved from the previous season to last- and so if he continue to develop he'll be what folks in Lakers land expect- if he falls a little short- a couple years down the line we may be having this conversation- but i think he's already shown the potential skills, and some natural abilities that put him far ahead off Dampier on the curve.

  3. NOT REALLY ANDREW BYNUM IS ALREADY BETTER.

  4. andrew is way better. yes, dampier was a double double guy when he was with the warriors, but who was on his team? bynum is a double double guy on a lakers team that has multiple scoring options. and greg, there's actually been 4 teams that have won the championship since det. and technically there has been 7 teams who has had more success than the pistons since they won the championship in 04.

  5. agree with wat MC said. You guys need to concentrate on that sorry thing you call a team since the 04 finals.

No Bynum is waaayyy better, just watch.

  6. yea but a lot younger

  7. Andrew Bynum is overrated simply because he plays for LA. MC is delusional

  8. no, he is a better version of Bynum from last year.

I feel BAD for the Pistons, just failing and failing at winning anything since their championship in 2004.

I am pretty sure the #1 Pistons fan is RON ARTEST!!

  9. What a humiliating comparison for Dampier.

  10. ya

  11. It's quite possible.
