Is Anime-Planet EVER coming back online?????

Seriously it's been ages!!!! I'm really getting annoyed. I understand that it's difficult to maintain a website, but the guy even blocked the Chatting Board, so now people can't even communicate anymore!! Anyone know anything? : (
