Oh, it's definitely the problem. It is spyware on your computer (if you keep getting the pop-up). Whatever you do DON'T try to download it.

If you're looking for Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware, then get AVG Anti-Virus 8:

All of them are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don't use up as many resources.

Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.

If you haven't downloaded this c**p, then DON'T! This is spyware, big time and will totally s***w up your computer. If you've already downloaded it, get SuperAntiSpyware to clean it out. Few of the antispyware products will do that, but SAS will. I use it exclusively and keep my computer free of spyware.

no, xp antivirus blows bigtime. remove it. download adaware 2007. also get the yahoo toolbar with yahoo antispy. if you want a good, free antivirus program, check out AVG.

100 percent  the problem,its a very nasty malware program,i take it you, have already downloaded it,well you must get it off asap,download Malwarebyte anti-malware its a free program,then when its finished removing it,go into search type antivirus xp 2008 in and delete any files that come up,also delete your cookies+temporary internet files
