Is Anyone Familiar with Alltel Prepaid Phones?

I really hope someone has some knowledge of this. I just purchased a prepaid Alltel phone today and if I activated online it gave me 10.00 plus 60 bonus minutes....and I choose the 69.99/mo. plan which includes unlimited everything except day-time minutes. Everything seemed to be going fine and I even added 20 more dollars to the phone. Problem is I'm still getting charged for text messaging. Should that have already been in my package deal or do I have to pay the 69.99 before I can get those deals? Please...serious inquiries only. Blessings to whoever can help me out. xoxo

If they are charging you for text then you either arent paying for the text and the money is going towards someting else or they did the wrong thing i would call them and see what is up. And you can add it to your package deal, you dont have to wait or pay extra
