  1. no

  2. It's not necessarily good for you, but it's not bad for you either. It has a lot of sugar which is not good, but it does provide some good vitamins. It's a safe choice, but shouldn't be the primary drink someone has in their lives.

  3. It can be good for you.  Watch the label.  I have seen many times apple juice with 0% of the vitamin C you need.  I buy it if it has lots of vit C in it.  Don't drink a ton though.  Lots of sugar.  I was just surprised the first time I looked and saw 0% on the C.

  4. Eating an apple is better for you than drinking apple juice.  The juice is high in calories and doesn't provide fiber.  Eating the apple and drinking water is the best way to go.

  5. Yes, it can be if you purchase the right types ...... Apple juice has a significant concentration of phenolics thought to help protect from many diseases associated with aging, including heart disease and cancer. Aside from other obvious fruit vitamins like vitamin C, apple juice also contains the mineral nutrient boron, which is thought to promote healthy bones ...... but you need to be careful ....... many apple juices at the market are loaded with sugars ........ try to pick one that is low in sugar and high in natural fruit juice if you want to make sure it is good for you ........ = )

  6. Yes and no to much of anything thing is not good. It does have fruit but it has lots of sugar too. Try to find one with the most juice in it. I was juicy juice for my kids its the best.

  7. "Good" is a relative term.  You're really better off eating your fruits and vegetables as opposed to drinking them because the juicing process strips out nutrients and concentrates the sugars.  As far as fruit juices go, however, apple juice is one of the best because it's lower in sugar than just about any other type of juice you care to name and it's not as acidic as juice from citrus fruit like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, etc.

One word of warning, however:  All fruit juices are 100% carbs, and carbs are easily converted to fat by your body.  Most Americans consume WAY too many carbs.  Be careful.  Drinking too much apple juice may add flab to your frame...
