  1. Yes, very demanding.  You have to take responsibility to ensure the building meets code, there are deadlines to meet, client needs to satisfy, long work hours.

    simply because its more then crunching numbers, you have to be consistently creative in everything you do. taking architecture classes you can often tell who is good and who is not. but everyone has their off days; when a design doesn't quite come together, or isnt the best of the bunch. and you have to be the best and on the top of your game, otherwise you wont be hired or go anywhere with your career.

  4. If creativity and numbers DOES bother you, then it is a very stressing job.
