  1. i dont know which is better to emigrate to, but i know which is better to visit- I travelled all around australia and new zealanad and I like australia but i LOVED New Zealand. Plus, everything is so much more compact and closer together in NZ and there is a ton of breathtaking scenery! NZ has it all!!!!!

  2. They are both great but it probably depends where you are coming from

Australia is a much bigger country on all counts and so has more of a city scene. There are also much nicer beaches. New Zealand is a lot colder so has a very different natural environment. Also, a lot of it has a more country town feel as it is so small.

  3. If I had the money, I would definitely emigrate to New Zealand. Its a much more beautiful and varied place, the people are friendlier, the temperature is nice but not so extreme and everything is cheaper. The only draw back is that its very difficult to find a job out there unless you have a specific skill or trade. If I went out there, I'd find it very difficult to get a job compared to how easy it is in Europe, Australia or the US. Maybe I'll live there when I retire.

You would enjoy a better quality of life in Australia, in terms of living standards and money, but that's it. If its the back - to - nature kind of lifestyle you crave, then NZ is the place for you. Auckland and Melbourne are both in my top five list of 'best cities ever visited'.

  4. Australia!  More New Zealander's move to Australia than Australian's to New Zealand.

  5. Definitely NZ for the variety of climate between the 2 islands and the breathtaking scenery. The extreme sports on offer there rock !!

  6. Seeing as Australia has nearly as much New Zealanders as aussies, i'd say Australia, good beaches and WAY BETTER ACCENT.

  7. Aussie land - Kangaroos FTW!!

  8. New Zealand there are loads more Scottish people there which makes it a nice country.

  9. yes and no it cost a lot of money to live there. from $400.000 to $600.000 for a regular house. and apartments are just as much. every thing down there is so expensive.

  10. i prefer australia.opportunities are better here and more accessible to Asia.

  11. Australia is more commonly known so i would say australia but i guess they are nearly the same.
