Is Avon makeup non-comedogenic ?

because i used to wear the new maybelline one with 50% water and it says that it is non-comedogenic and im starting to wear avon makeup and i dont know

and can you tell tell what other brands of makeup are good w/out irritating skin or giving pimples???

I'm not sure which Avon foundation you are using but all their makeup is non-comedogenic.

However the one you should be using is the new Ideal Shade Fresh and Light Foundation it has 50% water so I think this is the one you should be using.
